Kathy Harvey of Sweet Relish Quilting has done it again!  I have learned to just give my quilts to Kathy and set her free to explore and do what she thinks will work best on the quilt.  I have never been sorry.  Kathy has an unerring knack for selecting the perfect combination of patterns to quilt my work.  She really makes my quilts look good!  A plain old stitch in the ditch anyone can do but the designs Kathy uses on quilts enhances the quilt and makes it look terrific!  I can't thank her enough for what she has done to the Friendship quilt made for Orangegrove Quilters Guild November Show silent auction.  www.orangegrovequiltersguild.com   I'm sure it will sell quickly.  Sharon Hritz

Kathy,  I just love the way you quilted by "Bob the Builder Quilt".  I also love the fact that you saved me the hours of agonizing I would have had if I had attempted to quilt it myself.  At most I probably would have ended up with stitch in the ditch and it would never have looked 'complete' as it does now.  your turn-around was fantastic and your prices actually should be raised!!  Thank you so much for helping me make a quilt I will e proud to turn into West Coast Quilters to give to Fountain Valley Hospital.  Jaye

Kathy, I can't begin to tell you how much I love the quilts you have quilted for me.  I just finished the binding on the Sea Shell quilt that will be a wedding gift.  It is just stunning.  I am now working on the binding for the house quilt which came out just beautiful.  Your comments about what my friends had written on the quilt made me feel so good.  The quilt is very very special to me and the quilting just made it so perfect.  I LOVE the special little kitties you put as a surprise on my cat quilt.  I will soon have that finished and it will also be a gift.  I so appreciate your suggestions on how to quilt and what colors to use.  So far every quilt has turned out just beautiful.  Keep up the good work and I'll keep the quilts coming!  Peachi Mussen

Dear Kathy,  As I write this note to thank you I am looking at my Thimbleberries quilt.  How beautiful!  The colors are rich, the blocks made perfect.  What a lucky person I am to have such wonderful friends.  The quilt will be treasured and held close to my heart.  For me to be speechless is rare.  I am still overjoyed.  I know all the work that went into making the quilt.  I really appreciate you and your lovely quilting.  Thank you again for your friendship.  Love, Doris Binaco

Kathy, I just finished binding my quilt.  When I finished the top I thought 'I have created a monster' and what can I do with it?  My friend said to take it to Kathy and let her machine quilt it. The size was 80" x 90" and I was not equipped to even get the three layers together, so it was an answer to prayer when Kathy took the three separate layers and gave me back a beautifully finished quilt only needing to be bound!  I would recommend her quilting to anyone, also she was very helpful in deciding on the color of thread and pattern to use.  I'm thankful I met Kathy and I got to see her wonderful work room.  May you be blessed as you continue in your good work.  Most Sincerely, Lena Hahn

I love the work Kathy Harvey does with her Sweet Relish Machine quilting.  Kathy has quilted four of my quilts.  The first one was a quilt for our guild auction.  After that I fell in love with the idea of machine quilting my larger quilts.  However the temptation was too great when I finished a red work quilt and the thought of quilting it was not something I wanted to do, even though a lap quilt, I knew Kathy could make it come to life with her magic machine.  Needless to say I am very happy with Kathy and Sweet Relish!

I had planned to just stitch in the ditch and got to thinking about how neat it would look with machine quilting all over.  Kathy did a marvelous job bringing out the best in my quilt. 

I love what Kathy did with the machine quilting.  The quilt was twin size and I didn't even want to wrestle it around on a little machine.  I was very pleased with Sweet Relish results.  from Sharon Hritz
